Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
